1.Checking the quantity of the goods and sampling
2.Checking of the packaging and marking
3.Visual appearance checking
• Check that no scratch, no bump is on the visible surface of unit.
• Check that there is no rust on metal part.
• Check that all the button, knobs, and movable parts operate smoothly.
• Check oil leakage stain(check oil tank bur elimination)
4.Hi-voltage test
5.Continuity of protective bonding circuit
6.Basic function check
7.Endurance test
8.Gasoline consumption check
9.Tilt platform test
10.Regular voltage output with different loading
11.Noise check (if suitable equipment is provided by manufacturer)
12.Barcode check
13.Size and weight measurement
14.Overload protection
