你为消费者,感觉有这defect在,没什么关系,比如说一些无关紧要的毛刺啊,一点脏污啊,那就是minor, 你如果认为这个划痕这么大,这东西的品质可定很烂,要买别的产品的,这就是major. 如果涉及卫生安全的,轻点的就搞个minor,重的可以判为critical
