关于抽样的讨论

How the inspector pick up samples when an inspection is 100% finished and 80% packed?
How about 80% finished and 50% packed?
How about 100% finished and 20% packed?

I need a standardized method which is practical and also that really reflect the shipment.

正常都是100％完成，80％包装然后从包装好的随机抽箱，抽样。但是如果不足80％包装呢？甚至只有50％包装，50％完成呢？大多数工厂很难100％完成，80％包装啊。怎么才能客观反应货物的实际情况呢？

视乎公司的准则而定的比较多...
正常使用得多是:80%以上的packed goods才进行FINAL INSPECTION
要不然算是ONLINE INSPECTION..
若公司需要验FINAL的话.也有象上面说的类似....大部分在已包装产品里抽取.一小部分在零散产品(未包装)里抽取样品来进行检验...

需要自己掌握，一般情况下，抽样要按比例进行抽取，对包装的和未包装的但检验完成的都应该抽到，当然，还要看客人的要求

It is belongs to the client requirment. nowadays the client's requirment is lower and lower, so some times we should do the inspection in many case, but we need to protect ourselves first!

抽样的时候未包装完成的部分也要抽，如果是批量性的问题从已包装好的产品中是可以发现的。怕的是一部分生产好了，一部分还未做。那就得分两个部分了。
