2.1.2 The packaging material can protect the goods from damage during
Transportation. (ISTA test)
2.1.3 The shipping mark, label (such as price label), hangtag. etc should conform to client’s spec and/or approved samples.

The relevant legal marking and warning must be presented legibly and correctly on the individual packaging and/or product according to the regulation of the importer’s country such as country of origin …etc.* f, q) e: Z9 r5 V+ R. O

2.1.5 Text of illustration, instruction and warning must be in user’s language. (in English for USA user)* g7 ]( p w& v) H, x, ]- b8 t
2.1.6 The illustration and instruction on the packaging must conform to the product and its actual performance.
2.1.7 The barcode on the packaging and product must be correct and scannable.
2.1.8 Stickers should be applied straight and no air pockets under stickers.; x5 l0 e6 ?7 A l# i; ?
2.2 Product& H* A& W2 v& w/ p$ T
2.2.1 Aesthetics / Workmanship check on Level ll( F E0 R; w+ l( J2 |+ J; I+ n
• Correct shape, size and colour9 r+ O: `) g1 c; X( o7 L/ L7 K( z* l" D! b
• Decoration such as painting, tempo, silkscreen printing, and electro - plating must be in good quality, correct color and located correctly.' \3 r/ V. j1 p; f8 W. R' [& J, z
• No sharp point and edge
• No rust or corrosion) h; w8 K1 q) a7 G9 j6 h- O* h; v6 S
• Moulding defect such as sink mark, flow line, white mark should be limited to minimum* s; A" P$ U2 n
• The screw, nail must be secured firmly. No loosen/ missing screws or nails.
• The parts must be assembled together firmly and correctly.; M! D! \$ x; v- g
• No dirt, stains or contamination
• Push handles should not be deformed, broken, cracked or flash, and can not move or rotate.& T/ p7 Z# V+ s7 u9 B
• Canopy and seat should be tightly fit with frame, operated easily and smoothly. Color and printing on fabric of canopy and seat should match with each other and conform to reference sample. Canopy and seat should be free of poor sewing, loose stitch, untrimmed long thread end, broken, open seam, and jump stitch.5 \! t- F' p* K F0 R# y
• No broken needles or metal slivers are in fabric.
• Seat must be held firmly in position.
• Strap should be correct width and length. And strip twists are unacceptable.0 @! [$ A$ r6 ?
• Buckle should be at correct position, and not reversed, cracked or broken.
• Color and size of all metal tubes should conform to reference sample.1 G2 N p4 T0 W2 v4 r V5 D
• All hard components should be free of scratches, dent marks, cracks, flash, sharp point, hard burr. Metal parts should be free of sharp edge.
• All wheels should not be slant assembled.& Q) X. O; x) E6 h4 N+ O* i0 O

2.2.2 Functional check
• Straight line moving test (Roll Test) conducted on1 out of every 15 units: the distance of 10 feet movement shall not be greater than 2 inch, or a distance of 20 feet shall not deviate over 4 inches.0 v: q# i- l+ V) o0 {7 {2 Q" p
• 100 lb. Load test conducted on 1 out of every 15 units.
• Check function of rotation locks of the wheel on all sample size., g( q& x1 l" i6 A
• Check the wheels assembly, too tight or loose is unacceptable.
• Buckle functional check for 3 times, too tight, loose is unacceptable, white mark is not allowed after the test.
• All tubes should be protected firmly with cap at ends. 7 T' D! l" V; \' f' l9 Y
• Pull Test of safety strap and attachments to ASTM standards
