Wal-Mart requirement
Wal-Mart的要求
Vendors’ responsibility - due to Wal-Mart strict requirements there will be monetary penalty if not compliance. Quality assurances; such as fabric testing for shrinkage, crocking (wet and dry), colorfastness, torque, correct labeling of fiber content, and care instruction for the product.
因为Wal-Mart的要求比较严格，像面料缩率，面料干湿摩擦色牢度，成衣扭力，面料成分，面料的纱支，面料的克重，面料的正确的洗涤方法等等，都要达到Walmart相应的标准，如果达不到要求就要被扣款。
We will not accept your submittal if the below are not follow: (NO ACCEPTION)
如果不按照客人的要求来提交样品的话，客人将不会给意见，所以一定要按照下面的要求提交样品：
- Fabric quality (10 yards required), fabric spec sheet must be accompany along with fabric。
Need MTL report of fabric testing to thread count, Gauge, and fabric weight. Please send via e-mail to US。
面料的品质样：需要提交10码品质面料给客人确认，一定要连同附件的面料spec sheet一起提交给客人，同时需要提交上海MTL所做的面料纱支/克重/密度的报告。
- Lab dip – 4x4 swatch (4sets)
素色小样：要用正确的品质来提交所有的色样，色卡要做成4”x4”大小，一式6套。
- Strike off - 6x6 swatch if all over-print (6sets), border print/repeat print- a swatch of full repeat must be submitted (6 sets)
面料印花样：要用正确的品质来提交所有的印花底色样，6“X6”大小，
一式6套，大的印花，印花样一定要有一个完整循环4套。
- Shade band – 6x6 swatch (4 sets)
缸差样：大货面料出来后，需要提交所有的缸差样，每块6”x6”大小，一式6套
- Once shade band is approved, 30 yards require from one of the dye lot or dye lot indicated by us.
缸差样确认后，客人会要求指定的缸差，需要寄30码样布的给客人做样衣，此面料一定要保证面料的各项性能测试是合格的（包括面料的缩水率/扭曲率/干湿摩擦色牢度/日晒色牢度等），因为客人会用此面料去做产前样/测试样/大货样，去CTL做测试。所有的测试一定要CTL测试通过以后，才可以出货。
- Trims: lace, draw cording, etc….7 inches is require (4 sets)
辅料（蕾丝/抽绳/1/4“象根等等）：要求至少一份长7”，
一式4套
- Screen- must be printed on correct ground color or if ground fabric is not available, you may print on white color pellon.
(6 sets per color combo)
印花一定要印在正确颜色的底布上，如果没有正确颜色的底布，可以印在白色的面料上，一式6套。
- Two
complete size run in any 1 color,and 3 pieces in size medium we require pp sample to be given to us in correct trim, screen (if applicable) for approval. (3 pieces require)
PP样（产前样/尺寸样）：一但客人给我们M码纸扳，我们要尽快安排提交尺寸样/产前样给客人确认，要求任意一个颜色齐码2套，其他颜色混色1套，要有正确面辅料。
- TOP sample for CTL is require in each color and each size (5 pieces )
TOP样（大货样）：要做CTL测试，齐色齐码各5件，尺寸要保证在允许的误差范围内，另外TOP样的各项面料的测试要达到标准，因为客人会拿衣服到CTL测试的。
- Time and Action Calendar must be submitted in 10 days upon receipt of PO. (If not, there is a 2% charge from total purchase order amount.)
辅料以及大货生产的各个环节需要的确认时间表一定要在收到合同 10天内提交，如果提交不了，扣除合同总额的2%。
