插头中pin的材质可不可以用铁

请问有关插头中pin的材质可不可以用铁, 然后在铁外面渡一些防锈的材质.
我看了一下EN55075, IEC60884-1, AS/NZS 3112, 美规(UL1310), 它们都没限制说一定要用铜.只要我的机械强度和防腐蚀及电流能力够就可以了.
请各位帮我看看行不行. 因为用铁比用铜要偏宜好多哟. 另外, 中国和巴西是不是也没有要求用什么材质?

EN50075 没有说一定要用铜，但对含铜量百分比是有要求的，好像是58%以上吧，具体数字你看下标准。

1. copper
2. an alloy containing at least 58% copper for parts made from rolled sheet or at lease 50% copper for other parts. Or
3. other metals having a mechanical strength, an electrical conductivity and a resistance to corrosion adequate for their intended use.
没有说一定要用铜或含铜的, 可以用other metals, 如铁吗?

还有一个导电率的问题,以及电阻,如果你用铁能够达到标准要求吗, 应该是要看全面整个产品的性能标准而定吧, 如果断章取义,会得不偿失.

说的就是不能用电镀的铁！！！！

我说的是用铁, 然后在铁外面电镀一些铜或其它材质.
