ul153和UL1598区分

各位高手,UL153和UL1598的产品是如何区分的呢.
我公司有一款街灯,设计时是完全按UL153来设计(包括带插头的电线),只是在安装时是固定在地面上的,不能移动,像这样的情况申请UL时是按UL153还是按UL1598来申请呢?
