UL 250 对接地电阻值的要求

ＵＬ２５０中如果接地部件中没有非金属，都不用测接地电阻值？
只在9.15 Grounding continuity test中提到：

9.15.1 After conditioning as specified in Clause 9.15.2, a grounding connection that relies on the integrityof a polymeric part shall have a resistance of not more than 150 percent of the as-received value. In anycase, the resistance of the connection shall not exceed 0.1 ohm.

好难理解。
