关于30.2.2章节的灼热丝测试问题

在60335里 30.2.2中有：
The glow-wire test of IEC 60695-2-11 is not applicable to:
– hand-held appliances;
– appliances that have to be kept switched on by hand or foot;
– appliances that are continuously loaded by hand;
– parts supporting welded connections and parts within a distance of 3 mm of these
connections;
– parts supporting connections in low-power circuits described in 19.11.1 and parts within a
distance of 3 mm of these connections;
– soldered connections on printed circuit boards and parts within a distance of 3 mm of
these connections;
– connections on small components on printed circuit boards, such as diodes, transistors,
resistors, inductors, integrated circuits and capacitors not directly

是不是就是说 例如直发器 属于手持式器具 那非金属材料 灼热丝测试就不用做750度 只要做550度测试就可以了（电流>0.5A)？？ 感觉以前直发器外壳材质一般都是做750度灼热丝测试的
求教！！！

手持式器具是该试验不适用的条件之一。
