关于器具的正常工作温升

最近在对一台炖锅进行正常工作温升测试时，发现内部闭端端子（奶嘴）的温度过高（与它接触的塑料件有点粘连了），我知道这是电连接不良造成的。但是，就不知道如果要来套IEC60335的标准，不知道是哪一条款不合格，比如属表3中的哪一款。请高手指点。

知道是T-25，但真要对应条款，还真不好对耶！
我也期待答案！

市场的压线帽有二种比较常用的温度。
一种是105度的。
一种是150度的。
按温度选用就好了。

你可以通过30.2的要求进行灼热丝测试来判定温度过高是否会起火，进行测试的温度请参考30.2
30.2.2 For appliances that are operated while attended, parts of non-metallic material
supporting current-carrying connections, and parts of non-metallic material within a distance
of 3 mm of such connections, are subjected to the glow-wire test of IEC 60695-2-11.
However, the glow-wire test is not carried out on parts of material classified as having a glowwire
flammability index according to IEC 60695-2-12 of at least
– 750 °C, for connections which carry a current exceeding 0,5 A during normal operation,
– 650 °C, for other connections.
对于无人看管的器具还需进行850°C的测试。
