关于家电的灼热丝测试

家电里面 en 60335-1 的30.2.3 有两次灼热丝测试，一次850的和一次750的，为什么要做两次呢？如果850的测试过了，再做750的不是有点多余么？
我是新手，一直没想明白这个问题，请高手指教。谢谢。

30.2.3.1 Parts of non-metallic material supporting connections that carry a current
exceeding 0,2 A during normal operation, and parts of non-metallic material within a
distance of 3 mm of such connections, are subjected to the glow-wire test of IEC 60695-2-11
with a test severity of 850 °C.

30.2.3.2 Parts of non-metallic material supporting current-carrying connections, and parts of
non-metallic material within a distance of 3 mm of such connections, are subjected to the
glow-wire test of IEC 60695-2-11.

判断标准不同:
850 GWT: 移去灼热丝后, 30秒内, 熄灭为合格
750 GWT: 试验期间产生的火焰持续超过2s的部件，进行附加试验--针焰试验

更正一下楼上的关于750度灼热丝的解答：
30.2.3.2：可经受IEC60695-2-11 灼热丝试验，但在试验期间产生的火焰超过2S 的器具，进行下述附加试验。该连接件上方20mm直径，50mm高的圆柱范围内的部件，进行附录E 的针焰试验。但用符合针焰试验的隔离挡板屏蔽起来的部件不进行试验。

如果850度没着火的话，那就不用做750度了

这个问题其实很好理解，做750度是为了防止850度着火但是通过灼热丝通过的情况的，如果850度着火了且在离开灼热丝30s内熄灭的话是通过的，但是750度的测试的话就是放到灼热丝上面如果着火了且着火时间超过2s就要做针焰测试了

楼上的,那个针焰要求做几秒啊?根据EN61095-11有好几个时间段可以选择的,对于家电应选哪个呢

针焰测试标准应为：EN 60695-11-5。

对于家电应根据EN 60335-1，附录E选：
其中：
7. 严酷等级中，施加试验火焰的持续时间为30s±1s。

10 试验结果的评定
燃烧持续时间（tb）不应超过30s。但对印刷电路板，不应超过15s。
