60335-1第8节，里面没有明确说明只要是安全特地电压就能接触。

其她的标准SELV都是可以接触的，请在这方面的高手回答以下，把标准中的相关章节告知一下。

8.1.4说明了安全特地电压不带电,不带电当然被认为是安全的.

60335-1:8.1.4 An accessible part is not considered to be live if – the part is supplied at safety extra-low voltage, provided that ? for a.c., the peak value of the voltage does not exceed 42,4 V, ? for d.c., the voltage does not exceed 42,4 V,

第8.1.4章的目的是判断那些载流部件是live part, 是不可触及的,先给出两个定义, live part 和安全特低电压
live part
conductor or conductive part intended to be energized in normal use, including a neutral
conductor but, by convention, not a PEN conductor
NOTE 1 Parts, accessible or not, complying with 8.1.4 are not considered to be live parts.

请注意这里的电压, 对于600335, 凡是没有特别说明的, 电压都是指R.M.S.值, 你比较一下8.1.4中的电压值就可以知道了,并不是所有的安全特低电压都可以触及的.

不过， 首先要清楚安全特低电压，带电部件，可接触部件的定义。
若用相关实验指能接触到的，就是可接触部件。
可接触部件若其电压为安全特低，就不是带电部件了。

但这并不意味着安全特低电压就可以接触，要看产品了。

60335-1的确没有明确指出这点。
