泄露电流与耐压的问题

请各位同志朋友，讨论一下：
1。 为什么有的公司是先打耐压后作泄露电流测试呢？ 标准上有要求吗？
2。 在做耐压测试的时候，耐压仪器的电流到底是2mA /5mA/还是10mA 甚至30mA 呢？

在IEC标准中应该是先打泄露再打耐压，标准中有明确要求（IEC60335-1）：
13.3：（承接13.2）The appliance is disconnected from the supply and the insulation is immediately subjected to a voltage having a frequency of 50 Hz or 60 Hz for 1 min, in accordance with
IEC 61180-1.
16.3：Immediately after the test of 16.2, the insulation is subjected to a voltage of
substantially sinusoidal waveform having a frequency of 50 Hz or 60 Hz for 1 min. The values
of the test voltage for different types of insulation are given in table 7.

美规中好像没有要求耐压与泄露的顺序，不过一般的做法都是先打泄露，让器具工作到热稳定状态再打耐压（考虑到产品在高温下的耐高压能力比冷态下弱）。

以上仅为个人看法，如有不正之处请各位大侠指正。

1，温升测试和故障测试后都是需要打耐压的，而且对产品而言，是比较严酷的条件
2，打耐压的限定的有100MA(IT,AV类产品），200MA（家电类产品），我们一般设为20MA

哈哈~~什么叫泄露,是泄漏.~~正常来都用10MA吧~~有的用5MA.这个都是因产品来定的.有的公司喜欢要求高一点,比标准的还要高!~

标准要求只是最低要求而已。公司的标准一般都会高于标准要求的。
