WAL-MART验厂中关于检查权和分包是怎么规定的

Importance of Right of Inspection 检查权的重要性 Right of Inspection is contained in the Wal-Mart Supplier Agreement 检查权是沃尔玛供应商协议中的一项规定 Any of the following will lead to a Red-Access Denied assessment. 如果在审核过程中,工厂如下行为将导致非常严重的后果(红色-拒绝检查):  Denied access to factory/dormitory, or 拒绝审核员对厂房及宿舍进行检查,或  Denied access to review relevant documents, i.e. Payroll records, Time cards, Personnel files, or 拒绝审核员查阅相关记录,如工资表,工时记录和人事档案, 或  Release workers on purposely 故意放走工人  Denied access to Worker Interview 禁止/干扰员工访谈 Consequences of Red-Access Denied: 拒绝检查的结果:  All Purchase Orders (POs) will be canceled. No shipment will be allowed 所有订单将被取消,工厂不可出货  Future orders will not be placed until the factory is audited 工厂将暂停接单直至工厂再次接受评估至合格为止。

关于分包及需要纳入审核范围的相关规定如下：

生产以下产品的工厂需要做责任采购审核

Merchandise imported by Walmart (Walmart is the importer of record)

所有由沃尔玛进口的商品 (沃尔玛是注册进口商)

Merchandise sourced through Walmart Global Sourcing

所有由沃尔玛全球采办采购的商品

Any private label, licensed, or non-branded merchandise

所有沃尔玛贴牌、许可或非品牌商品

Brands exclusive to Walmart

所有由沃尔玛独家销售的商品

Merchandise labeled as “distributed by/manufactured for Walmart”

带有如“由沃尔玛销售/生产” 等标记的商品

Packing materials with logos/brands exclusive to Walmart

包装材料上印有沃尔玛专有标志或商标或提及沃尔玛的商品

Merchandise components bearing any mark associated with Walmart

商品零部件带有沃尔玛标志的任何商品

Augmentation of any merchandise in scope for Walmart Responsible Sourcing including but not limited to washing, embroidering, assembling,printing etc.沃尔玛责任采购项目范围中的商品通过生产或加工(包括但不限于洗涤、刺绣、装配、印刷等)的增值

所以，我们建议出口工厂不要为了回避小问题而出现检查权的严重问题，更不能轻信有些咨询机构的馊主意，一旦弄巧成拙，将后患无穷。
