FIRE PROTECTION SAFETY MANAGE

1), Aims: For protect the factory producing safety and company wealth, improved workshop environment, and at the same time protect all of the worker safety and health.

2), Suit for workshop & warehouse

3), Contents:

1,Forbid all the fire or tinder take into the workshop and warehouse, Forbid smoking around the factory area. It would be a
penalty for the transgressor , if anyone caused the fire accident and make the company wealth lose will be charged by laws
liability.

2,When off duty and leave , make sure had turn off the machines on-off
(specially the heat cutting machines & cutting machines at one floor, electric machines at four floor), after turn off the light, windows, fans etc, each line monitor check against all of ok.

3,All of the tinder chemic material must separate to store and have the special person keeping and use. (such as the “ Da jie wan ” cleanser at three floor workshop etc. all of the them must keep away to the direct sun light or far away to the electric).

4,All of the material, semi-manufactured goods, finish goods on warehouse or workshop must according factory request put on
the specify place, keep the air moving and walkway free.

5,All of the fire protection equipment must carefully safeguard (including walkway indicator light, lush-up light), each month
must checked and record the equipment status by the factory securer, if have any questions ,must as soon as quickly reporting to factory Administration department.

6, All the fireproof doors and escape doors keeping on unlock when on duty.

7, Electrcian and any special worker must have the speciality certificate to working, other wise
un-allowance to operating the
machines.

8,Factory will train and manoeuvre the fire protection knowledge and practice on appointed date.

9,All of the department must strictly and serious to carry out the above item, make sure all of the
lives & wealth safety. Any accident caused by breach of duty, it will be charged with the laws.
