First Article Approval
Offer First Article Approval Service to client according to their confirmed staffs which including but not limited engineering drawings, approved original samples and so on. This service may give you reference with the process capability of the manufacturer and help you to develop new project in your business. We will send detailed report with pictures to you within 12 hours once this step gets done.
Pre-production Inspection
This Pre-production Inspection Service will perform a production sample and raw material checking process as your instruction at the very beginning of mass production, your additional requirements will be concerned and applied to our service. This service will make sure all necessary parts are available and correct before mass production and will see a sample built under a real manufacture condition. You will receive a quick report within 12 hours once the inspection work gets completed.
In-production Inspection
If you’d like a people look into your products during the production in factory this just for you. We will arrange QC people work in your appointed factory if you refer to In-production Inspection Service. Based on your products we will arrange QC with relative industry background to help you. We will keep eyes in the factory and make inspection according to your specification and requirement. You will receive a daily report based on the quality and progress following.
Final Random Inspection
If you want to verify your products before container loading we can perform a Final Random Inspection which commonly consisted of visual inspection, dimension check, test, package, marking, quantity and so on. This inspection implemented based on samples selected according to defined sampling procedures and carried out under your supplier’s permission or accompanied by them. A final inspection report with details will be submitted to you within 24 hours.
Container Loading Supervision
Loading Supervision will perform a service to care below concerns:
a) Container condition check before loading.
b) Damage control.
c) Monitor the rationality of arrangement of space.
d) Quantity counting all through loading operation.
e) Review, take pictures before, during and after loading.
f) Packing List and Seal checking.
