岗位要求如下：
Job title: Quality Controller (QC)
Products: Various consumer and industrial products made forged steel materials
- Location: Deqing, in suppliers’ factory
- Education Background: Technical, Engineering, Quality Control
- Working Experience: at least 1 year practical work experience in Quality Control and Assurance in a factory or in a trading company, experience with steel forging would be an advantage
- Job Description & Outline of Responsibilities
o Product inspections of various steel products during production and final inspections before shipment according to AQL standard
o Writing of corresponding QC reports in English
o Cooperation with purchasing department of the MIG HQ in Shanghai and Germany and the factory in order to time each QC accordingly based on the agreed delivery times
o Solving of quality problems together with the factory in China and ensure that the factory maintains the agreed quality for all deliveries
o After a training period support our China Supervisor with factory audits, technical evaluation of the production and QA / QC processes.
o 90% of the working time will be spent in the factory, which is located in Deqing or rural areas in Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Anhui province
o Training in the factory for the products will be provided
- Qualifications required:
o Interest in technical work, experience in QC of advantage
o Candidates must have an interest in working “hands-on” with suppliers in rural areas
o Practical experience of working with factories or practical experience as a QC/QA engineer in a factory producing steel products is a plus
· Should be familiar with AQL and how to apply it during a QC
· Must be able to handle QC tools and measuring equipment
o Knowledge of steel forging products and the production processes thereof of advantage
o Basic knowledge of quality assurance concepts and international standards such as ISO, CE, DIN, TUV/GS etc. as well as the quality requirements of overseas markets (Europe, North America) is a plus
o Must be a team player with strong communication and social skills (with colleagues in China and Germany, factories)
o Good organizational skills (updating & maintaining of QC files and reports)
o Must be able and willing to travel about 10% of his / her time in Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Anhui provinces
o Must be able to work independently
o Must be reliable and dedicated
o English: Written and spoken
o Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), email, internet |
