有关接地电阻计算

我公司有一插座产品送第三方认证,做接地有效性测试.其测试报告是这样的:
test current 25A,
test voltage 3.5V
the current between the earthing point and the accessible metal parts is 100mV.
the resistance calculated from the current and the voltage is 16m欧(对不起,这个毫欧我不会打)
请问各位:他这个16是怎么得来的,我以为是0.1/25=4(毫欧) 真的看不懂,又要麻烦各位了,呵呵,

这个应该是电阻仪器测试出来的结果，不大于0.1欧就可以

直流3.5V 25A电流下测得接地电阻16mΩ

16不是计算来的，是仪器测试出来的
