有关CE标志的使用

对于一些插座、线盘产品上的CE标志在什么情况下才能使用（注此产品有相关零部件条例相关的IEC标准），如我们的产品有GS、NF、S相关证书但没有相关的CE证书，公司自己能不能在产品上加CE标志？
CE标志要不要单独申请后才能加在产品上？

Seriously speaking, CE is not a certificate, it's a self declaration that your products can fulfill European requirements. normally, if your factory is an European factory, then you can declare CE by yourself, and the guy who signs the CE declaration must be responsible for this declaration, and if your factory is not an European factory, then you must find an agency which has the authorization to declare CE to help you do this declaration.
