灯俱MARKING高度的不同理解在不2004版与2008版?

2004版中的描述: The height of graphical symbols shall not be
less than 5 mm except that the symbols for class II and class III luminaires and for the F mark
may be reduced to a minimum of 3 mm where the space available for marking is restricted.
我的理解:除了二类,三类标示, 和F标示的高度因产品上空间的限制可以小到3MM之外, 灯俱上的其它符号的高度不能小于5MM.

2008版中的描述: The height of graphical symbols shall not be less than 5 mm, except for symbols for class II and class III luminaires, and may be reduced to a minimum of 3 mm where the space available for marking is restricted.
这句话好像是说: :二类,三类符号高度不能小于5MM, 灯俱上的其它符号的高度因产品上空间的限制可以小到3MM.

不知道各位是怎么理解2008版的?

2008版本应该是这样理解：2,3类灯具的符号可以减少到3（空间限制），其他类灯具无论在什么情况下都要满足5MM的要求。

总感觉2008版的那句话,有点怪怪的.,可能是我的英语水平不够!

嘿嘿，要不然怎么说这本标准写得不好呢！！
这段话可以读出几种意思：
1、Class II 和Class III的标志可以减少到3mm；
2、除了Class II 和Class III的标志以外，其它的标志可以减少到3mm；
3、Class II 和Class III的灯具的标志可以减少到3mm；
4、除了Class II 和Class III灯具的标志以外，其它类型的灯具（Class I 或Class 0)的标志可以减少到3mm；

不知道大家的理解是哪种？

但是在IEC 61347-2-13的I.4里面有个example，那个解释则和上面第一种理解比较相近
