PNS 189:1988 is coming from BS 4647:1970. The standard title is "Lighting sets using miniature and sub-miniature lamps for decorative purposes - Specification". However, the BS 4647 has already expired long ago and replaced by EN 60598-2-20 in UK right now. Hence, I am not sure whether PNS 189:1988 is equivalent to EN 60589-2-20 or not.
