关于转CB报告

请问哪位高手知道LED灯具类产品做什么CB报告，可以转成CE、UL或其他国家的CB啊？
要如何转啊，可否介绍一下方法和流程啊？

CB Scheme 依据国际接受的标准来核发证书，以此达到相互认证的原则。 由于CB 会员组织国相互接受参与实验室(也称之为国家认证单位, NCB) 的测试结果，也因而免除了重覆测试的麻烦。
国际电工协会(International Electrotechnical Commission, IEC) 建立了CB Scheme 来降低某些电机电子产品的贸易障碍。 在CB Scheme 成立之前，制造商需透过许多不同的国家测试实验室来进行产品测试及认证，形成困难耗时的过程。

您可以找有资质的NCB做就可以了，比如中国的CQC，国外的TUV，Intertek等等，CB的主要目的是可减少在取得多种认证时的时效与成本。

The operators of the CB Scheme are the National Certification Bodies (NCB's). Accepted according to the rules described in publication IECEE 02 titled "Rules and Procedures for the Scheme of the IECEE for Recognition of Results of Testing to Standards for Safety of Electrical Equipment (CB Scheme).

Membership of the IECEE used to be open to any country in which there was a Member National Committee of the IEC.

In 2001, the CB Scheme opened their doors even wider, allowing membership to any National Member Body and Certification Body located in countries recognized by the IEC.

Currently, there are 47 countries represented by Member Bodies and NCBs participating in the CB Scheme for one or more standards.
