是啊，泄露电流没有那么大吧,应该是0.5MA才对吧

For EU: the Max leakage current for hi-pot test is 100mA , the Max leakage current for normal running at 1.06*rated voltage is 0.25mA for class II appliance, and for class 0, class 0I and class III appliances 0,5 mA
– for portable class I appliances 0,75 mA
– for stationary class I motor-operated appliances 3,5 mA
– for stationary class I heating appliances 0,75 mA or 0,75 mA per kW rated
power input of the appliance with a
maximum of 5 mA, whichever is
higher
