77.1 A treadmill shall comply with applicable requirements in CISPR 14-1,
Electromagnetic compatibility – Requirements for household
appliances, electric tools and similar apparatus – Part 1: Emission.
The applicable requirements are considered to be the requirements for
household appliances with disturbance
limits of mains terminal voltages for the frequency range 148.5 kHz to
30 MHz.
77.2 During the testing specified in 77.1, the treadmill shall be operated at
no load and maximum normal load, and at low and high speed. If the
treadmill is provided with a motor-operated incline system, the
treadmill belt is also to be raised and lowered during the testing.
77.3 Maximum normal load is considered to be the treadmill operating at
maximum speed with the maximum rated weight applied to the
treadmill belt. A suitable load application device (such as an electric
motor dynamometer) that provides a load to the motor and drive
system equivalent to the load of the treadmill operating with the
maximum weight user at maximum speed may be used for the test.

好象是专门针对跑步机的, 增加了EMC测试, 以及对皮带的加载测试.
