UL绝缘耐压测试设备灵敏度怎么检验

UL有下面一个要求:
The sensitivity of the dielectric equipment is to be checked at least once each year. When the dielectric test equipment is adjusted to produce the required test voltage and a resistance of 120,000 ohms is connected across the output terminals, the equipment shall indicate a "breakdown" (a nonconforming performance indication by the tester) within 0.5 sec.
绝缘设备的灵敏度每年至少检查一次。当绝缘测试设备调到要求的测试电压并在两个输出端子之间接上一个120K ohms 的电阻，设备必须在0.5S内报警。

请教各位高手,在设备无法定到0.5S时怎么实现以上要求.我们的设备测试时间只能定到整数秒.

只有外接一个0.5S的进行检测。
