具体这个测试怎么做，UL标准对测试电压有没有要求泄露电流不超过多少，针对取暖器油汀

a) 0.5 milliampere for a portable heater, and
b) 0.75 milliampere for other than a portable heater employing a standard attachment plug rated
20 amperes or less.
