从两者的scope看,
UL60335-2-8
This standard deals with the safety of electric shavers, hair clippers and similar appliances intended for household and similar purposes, their RATED VOLTAGE being not more than 250 V.

UL1028
These requirements cover appliances for household or commercial use on persons or animals, and appliances in which motion of an operating part is produced by electrical means.
These requirements do not cover appliances rated more than 600 V, nor do they cover appliances
involving universal motors rated more than 250 V.

如果做UL认证,应该采用哪个标准呢?

个人以为做UL1028为好。UL60335－2－8是美国为靠拢IEC标准而出台的标准。近来又听说UL会慢慢淡出这一体系。

UL60335-2-8吧。
象电熨斗原先是UL1005，现在已经被UL60335-2-3完全取代。
我建议对UL工程师进行详细咨询。
