IEC60335-1:2006中第20章20.1与EN60335-1:2002+A1+A2:2006中的第20章20.1内容是一样的,对电器的稳定性能进行规定,当与平面倾斜10度角时,器具应不能翻倒.当器具中有发热元件时应重复上述试验,但是倾斜角度应为15度,不管是从一个方向还是多个方向翻倒,均应符合第11章的试验要求.

IEC60335-1:2006:
The test is repeated on appliances with heating elements with the angle of inclination
increased to 15°. If the appliance overturns in one or more positions, it is subjected to the
tests of clause 11 in each of these overturned positions
EN60335-1:2002+A1+A2:2006

现在是TUV按IEC60335-1的标准进行测试过了,上海的一家按EN60335-1却说在15度时也不能翻倒.
如果不允许翻倒,那后面那句话不知是用来做什么啊.
