大家都知道所有元件都有一个基本的寿命，特别电子元件这种特别敏感的东西。
在进行电子电路上进行试验时，很多时候会对某个或某几个元件造成超过其额定使用范围的压力，
以电压和电容为例：
一个额定工作电压为275 V的电容，在短路某部分电路进行试验时，可能造成其受压：350 V
这样来说，（电容不爆的话...）其使用寿命就会减少，
过流，过压都会造成应力
这就是所谓的累积的应力
