For hand dryers and hairdryers, the temperature rises occuring during the tests of Clause 19 are not taken into account.
那19章的温升测试主要考虑什么？
19.13 During the tests the appliance shall not emit flames, molten metal, or poisonous or
ignitable gas in hazardous amounts and temperature rises shall not exceed the values shown
in table 9.
30.1说不考虑19章的温升,只是说在做30章的材料测试的时候不考虑19章的温升,按11章的温升来做. 19章该考察什么还是考察什么.
