看来不合理的东西要被人接受也不是那么容易, 由于Dop和Dow都是2009-7-1, 根本没有标准的过度时间, 非常不合理, GS已经有了自己的EKdecision, 下面是具体的要求,大家可以参考一下:

Discussion
Changes in the standard will have no influence to Intertek GS certified products. A dow of July 2009 is exaggerated. There is a ZEK decision that certificates do not need to be cancelled if the standard changes are irrelevant.

Conclusions
Local certifiers shall inform sales that we will not cancel GS-certificates on ground of standard update EN 60335-1/A13
