PAH是一个新的测试项目,所以认证机构内部也有一个建立检测程序和对新测试的适应过程,不过现在已经有了比较成熟的感念.
判断哪个零不件要不要做PAH测试, 首先要判断这个零部件属于下面的那一类:
1. category 1;
2. category 2;
3. category 3;
category 1和category 2不需要做测试, 至于要不要收取评估费用, 每个认证机构的要求可能要求, category 3是一定要做测试的.
下面我介绍一定category 1,category 2,category 3的定义;
category 1: Material in direct contact with food, or materials indented to be put in the mouth and toys for children aged < 36 months
category 2: Material with foreseeable contact to skin for longer than 30 secondsand toys not covered by category 1
category 3: Material with foreseeable contact to skin up to 30 seconds
所以根据上面的定义,吸尘器的产品,只有手柄的材料需要做PAH测试. |
