一个品质主管的无奈

出现这种情况有以下几方面原因:
1.你们公司的头头太软,可能象XX大国一样在同胞受到侮辱时只能提出抗议,没有具体措施;
2.你的订单不好做,工厂赚不到钱;
3.你们的QC在与工厂的沟通和日常工作中没有很好地融洽。
处理方法就是:要么换老板,要么就用正常的QC手段查货,不合格的货单单退,看工厂和你上级怎样收场。

有了投诉,BOSS 还一再追问为什么我们没有发现,真想抽.我们一个工厂就有130多个品种,下面是我回他的邮件.
David,
for the case of total 10 pcs 42"R cast bar table which were shipped out with wrong legs ,Our new QC guy , James did make mistake , he confused by so many kinds of table and mixed them. he already learnt from this and figured out the difference among them and will be strictly sticking to QC SOP. again , really sorry for our flaws from heart. however,the situation seemed no change from 2009 season , the same problems repeated .LD rushed our orders at last minute and that led to many containers were shipped out at nights and our QC had to work overtime almost everyday later into wee hour in past peak season . plus our great number of items ,you can image how mess it was then. LD is so aggressive they do not response to our callouts even if we bring up problems/suggestions many times in advance.more worse than that , they did not allow us to check goods which are already packed in cartons.here is the case ,their workshop director tried to blow our QC Cary who shifted on next early morning and asked to check packed goods those were not inspected by James who overtimed late last night.how could we get supplier compliance to meet our quality goal?we would have to do something different right now from both sides (Fo/LD)or we could expect having the same experience for incoming peak season.
