求助：关于走俄罗斯玩具的认证要求和标准

有没有知道玩具走俄罗斯要符合什么标准？还是只要符合EN的要求就可以了？
网上只是查到一个GOST的要求，但是不知道里面哪些是玩具的要求，在论坛查到的GOST标准全是俄罗斯文的，看不懂。
有没有对这一快比较熟悉的大虾或做过这个认证的大虾可以指点一下？

3.38.5.1 Gost-R Mark
All Products intended for the Russian market shall bear the Gost R-Mark
as shown in Diagram 7 below, on the packaging.
The symbol shall be in black and white and shall be made conspicuous from its
surroundings.
The mark may be reproduced in the negative of diagram 7.
The height of the symbol should be no less than 5mm.
The height of the laboratory number should be no less than 1mm.
The space between the number and the symbol should not be less than 1.25 mm.
The proportions of the mark and the associated laboratory number must be
respected. Further details on the dimensions are available from EU QA.
3.38.5.2 Certificate number
All Products intended for the Russian market shall bear the Gost-R
approval laboratory number. The Number must appear directly below
the Gost –R mark of Clause 3.38.5.1 above (note in the above the
laboratory number is shown as 0000).
The laboratory number is available from EU QA or Hasbro Russia.
3.38.5.3 Russian Language.
Product descriptions, country of origin and all instructions must appear
in the Russian Language.
3.38.5.4 Packaging
The packaging of products intended for the Russian market shall bear
the Russian address line noted in ANNEX E. The address lines in
ANNEX C do not require translation. The country of origin must appear
on pack in Russian.
