PROCEDURES & COMPLIANCES（定单和条款）（程序与条款）
Please carefully review the following procedures and compliances upon receipt of order confirmation (knitted orders), and acknowledge by return.请查收定单（针织订单），认真的看以下（程序与）条款，并给予确认回复。
1) 1 pc of FIT/STYLE SAMPLE (can be in available fabrics and trims), lab dips, print strike offs, yarn dyed knit-downs, embroideries, labels, and accessories, etc. (where applicable), must be submitted within 2 weeks from ordered date and approved by International Clothiers Inc. before production can begin.第1件试办样（所有要用的面料和辅料），包括色卡，印花，染纱的支数，绣花，商标和辅料等（所有需用到的），在订单日期及国际呢绒商确认后必须在两个星期内提交，以便安排生产。
（1件试身/款式样(can be in available fabrics and trims)，色样，印花样，yarn dyed knit-downs，绣花，唛头，和辅料等，(where applicable)，必须在下单日期两周内提供，并在生产前由International Clothiers Inc.确认）

2) All labels, trims and accessories to be supplied by vendor. 所有的商标、装饰标和辅料都由供应商提供

3) All garments must be properly preticketed, unless otherwise specified. Price tickets to be supplied by vendor. 除非另有说明，所有款的衣服必须适当预缩，价格卡也是由供应商提供

4) 30 days prior to vessel exit date, 1 pc of PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLE, in actual fabrics, trims, labels and accessories etc., together with actual fabric swatches (minimum 15” x 15”) of each colorway, must be submitted promptly to International Clothiers Inc. for approval. No bulk cutting is permitted until pre-production sample has been approved.在船期的有效期30天内必须提交一件产前样（必须用正确的面料、辅料和商标等）并随寄一份每个颜色的布卡（最小15” x 15”）给国际呢绒商确认。直到产前样被确认后才可以开裁生产大货。
（船期前30天，1件产前样，用大货面料、辅料、唛头等，连同每个颜色的大货布样（最小15"X15"），必须尽快提交给International Clothiers Inc.确认，产前样确认之前不可开裁生产大货。）

6) All Pre-production samples and fabrics will be tested for shrinkage and colorfastness. All fabrics used must perform well when subject to laundering procedures commonly used at home (i.e. machine wash cold/warm, do not bleach, tumble dry low, warm iron). All knits must be within 5% shrinkage tolerance (unless otherwise specified) and colorfastness after wash. 所有的产前样和面料要测试缩率和色牢度。所有用到的面料必须经过测洗烫程序（含水洗，干洗，不可漂白，不可甩干，中温熨烫），所有针织的水洗缩率和水洗色牢度必须控制在5%以内（除非另有说明）。
（machine wash cold/warm应为“冷/热水机洗”，tumble dry low是“低温翻转烘干”）
7) PRODUCTION SAMPLES must be sent for approval prior to vessel booking. No vessel booking will be accepted without receipt of production samples. Production samples must be sent free of charge and cannot be counted or included as part of the bulk shipment.大货样必须在订船之前被确认。如果没有确认大货样将不能订船。大货样必须免费寄出而不能计算在大货装船里面。

8) All packing of color and size ratio per carton must be exactly as per purchase order. No imperfect pack is permitted. Should there be any discrepancies on color and size, you must inform International Clothiers Inc. in advance. No imperfect/broken pack is allowed to ship until they have been approved, otherwise they will be refused and charged back.每箱的包装比例必须依照订单上的要求，没有缺点的包装才被允许。如果有任何颜色和尺码上的差异，必须事先通知买方。直至他们确认可以接受，否则将会被拒付。
（No imperfect pack is permitted 不允许有不完整配比的装箱。No imperfect/broken pack is allowed to ship until they have been approved, otherwise they will be refused and charged back.在卖家确认之前，不完整配比的装箱不可装船，否则将会被拒收并扣款。）
9) Each carton weight must be NOT exceeded 50 lbs. This is the industry & safety standard. Should you find our PO packing requirement over this 50 lbs limit, please inform us immediately so that we can adjust our packing requirements. Our warehouse will reject any shipments exceeding this carton weight limit.每箱的重量必须控制在50磅以内，这是工业和安全标准。如果发现我们的订单包装要求超过50磅的限制，请事先通知我们调整包装要求。因为我们的仓库是不会接受任何超过此重量限制的装船。

10) Goods must be booked 10 day prior to ship date in order to get space on board. The ship date on the order and LC represents the vessel on board date, not ex-factory date.货品必须在（船期）10天之前订舱，在定单和信用证上体现的的船期之前，而不是出厂日期。
11) All above procedures must be complied and orders must be shipped on time. Vendor must plan well ahead of time submitting all stages of samples without jeopardizing the delivery. Any late deliveries will result penalties, air prepaid, or order cancellation.以上所有的程序必须准时的遵照定单，供应商必须提早计划好每个阶段应该提交的样品，任何日期的延误都会受到惩罚，航空费预付或订单将被取消。
