关于confirm & conform在报告的使用

关于confirm & conform在报告的使用,先从这两个词的中文上了解,confirm:是确定,批准的意思,conform:是符合,一致的意思.所以,如果style/construction/color/label/hangtag等和样品客户资料相符的时候,就用conform. 一些资料更改,突发特殊事件需要客户和公司批准的就用confirm.我以前两种情形一直都是用confirm,这是错误的表达.

The product was conformed to the sample provided by vendor.

The products were found 70% packed in carton after arrived the factory, inspection still go on confirmed by client.
