我也是做第三方验货的，不像楼主说的那个样子，主要是把货验好了，写报告还是其次，但报告一定要写好是基于货要看好，另外有时感觉在写报告其实对资料的时间会占去一大半，不要以为对资料不是验货的一部分

的确如此，我以前写报告当做是重任务，还不好改，错了要重新写，麻烦，现在做贸易好多了就三页纸；

Basically, I found you have the title of Sr. Inspector on this website, but what were you during inspection operations? By my judgment, less than 3 years, right? You looked lack of enthusiasm and pressure, so you did not learn very diligently, and accordingly, from your words, I can see that you are far from experienced. You need to develop a purely new idea to the job - what are you expected by the customer and your company, as well as expected by yourself - your ego? How are the Experienced guys doing and thinking? Then go back to look for solutions, but not just kidding.
