1、 这组订单不论订单量大小，预计一次的测试费用为12万人民币左右，由于订单数量都是不同的，所以我们无法把这些费用分摊到具体的每件衣服上。测试的工作可以由我们来做，但这些费用要客人承担，客人是否接受？
No matter how large the order amount is， the testing expenses is about RMB 120,000, we are unable to share these expenses concrete every garment because the order quantities are all different,. The work that tests can be done by us. But,do guests will accept to bear these expenses ?
2、 要通过此项标准，那就意味着面辅料生产商的生产层次必须要提高，相应的生产成本预计要上升10%-20%，也许更高。例如：YKK的拉链比普通的拉链的价格要高200-300%甚至更多，因为YKK的隐形拉链是通过”ÖKO-TEX”标准的。即如果我们用YKK拉链，那么拉链部分就不需要测试，但是拉链的成本就相应提高。也就是成衣的价格要相应变化。
The corresponding production cost is expected to rise by 10%-20% (maybe more)to take through this standard,because we have to improve the surface adjuvants manufacturer's production level.Take Zipper of YKK as an example: the price of ZipperYKK is 200-300% higher(maybe more) than price of ordinary zipper , because stealthy zipper of YKK to adopt " KO-TEX " to be standard. It means that , if we choose YKK zipper, then the part of the zipper does not need testing, but the cost of the zipper is improved. That is to say the price of the ready-made clothes will be changed.
3、 这个标准要求面料从棉花开始就要求绿色：那我们的面料商在采购纱线的时候是不知道哪些是绿色的，在常规生产中，面料商可以在面料染色处理中做到欧洲环保，如果要从源头（棉花）找起，那这个生产面料的周期是不是得拉长？多久合适？生产数量得要多大？
in regular produce, surface fabric trader can colorate the fabric bases on European and environmental protection .but it is difficult to purchase yarn which is made of the cotton that is passed the European and environmental protection text. If we do like that ,it will cost us a long time to finish it. The question is, how long Is it suitable? How large the production quantity will be? |
