你断句好像断错了吧，应该是Please send me the final packing list (only 33 cartons) and invoice，要装箱单和FP的目的是to issue the Quality Certificate。

你这么说有道理,后来我问客人是指什么意思,他这样回复的"The Quality Control Certificate is one of the documents that you have to present at bank for your payment in order to emit that certificate; you must send us your commercial invoice".再后来我还是追问,客人就说"We will be sending you the Final Procedure for International vendor with some changes the next week, but please send us your invoice commercial. "
