请教关于Y连接和X连接的问题。

小弟对于Y连接器具存在以下疑问
GB 4706.1-1992中 给出的定义是：
Y连 接 ( typeY a ttachment) 只有用一种可以得到这种联接装置或可以制造这种联接装置的专用
工具才能更换原有的软缆或软线的连接方法。
普通 软 缆 或软线或者特殊软缆或软线均可使用Y连接法。

在GB4706.1-1998和2005中给出的定义是：
Y型连接 t y p e Y a t t a c h m e n t
打算由制造商、 它的服务机构或类似的具有资格的人员来更换电源软线的电源软线连接方法。
注：Y型连接可以使用普通软线或特殊软线。

是不是理解成现在Y连接器具只要在说明书中声明需专业人员更换或维修即可。并不需要在结构上进行相应的设计，如特殊螺钉、特殊结构、特殊安装方式？

我查阅了IEC 60050-442(1998-11)
给出的定义是 type Y attachment
a method of attachment such that the flexible cable or cord can only be replaced with the aid of special purpose tools normally available to the manufacturer or his agent
NOTE – Such a method of attachment can be used either with common flexible cable and cord or with special cables or cords.
这与92版标准基本一致。

Y：用特殊工具才可更换，通常是器具使用了特殊的螺钉。
Z：无法换。
