请教电子开关温升测试

UL61058 第16.2 章节中有说到开关若与半导体器件并联,则在测量时只测试在触头闭合之前那一刻的温升......怎么理解这句话.
原文: if the switch has a mechnical contact which is connected in parallel to the semiconductor switching device ,the temperature rise is measured immediately befor the contacts close.
