UL508 的spacing问题

UL508的36、39和180条款都是说的spacing （clearance, creepage）的问题，不知道这些条款以及这些表格具体怎么区分呢？分别用于什么情况呢？

Tables 36.3 and 36.4 are used for pollution degree 2 applications. The report for xxx didn't indicate that it is rated for pollution degree 2. Otherwise, Table 36.1 will be used. Table 180.1 only applies to PCB's and it may be used as an alternate to the before mentioned three tables. The spacings requirements are, in general, lower than the other tables. Table 180.1 is for the PCB only and the other tables are for all other locations.
