Position: Furniture Sr. QA
Reports To: Functionally reports to Quality Manager
Location: Shenzhen, China
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Factory audit to suppliers and help supplier to improve and control product quality by giving advice on manufacture process;
·Develop good relationship with suppliers and auditors, make sure the suppliers meet the requirement of operation companies and audit demanders
·Collects information on quality control system on manufacturers and train suppliers for better performance
·Implement all new requirements / standards and make sure supplier process can accord with Quality requirement(QR) correctly
·Establish close contact with suppliers to ensure product quality under correct production process
·Assisting the Engineering team in the process of new product input and supplier assessment
·Working closely with QC to identify the quality problem in the production process, failure analysis and take effective action till problem close
Job requirement:
·Bachelor degree in Mechanical or furniture Engineering or similar
·5+ years working experience in wood base furniture field (Experience as trainer would be an advantage)
·Good knowledge of wood drying process, wood products moisture control & wood base furniture production.
·Have experience in ISO9001 QMS and good at supplier assessment and management.
·Good knowledge of furniture products / inspection standard, familiar with metal product, power coating, painting and welding process.
·English written and reading is a must.
·Familiar with AQL standard, quality tools
·Willing to travel frequently
