1. JAVA has solid basic skills, good programming ideas, familiar with the B/S pattern of development, profound grasp of MVC structure with strong object oriented architecture methodology.

2. Familiar with frameworks for the use of SSH master programming structure.
熟悉SSH开发框架。
3. Master SQLServer, Mysql databases, etc., can use Hibernate or Ibatis framework.
能熟练使用SQL ，MySql等数据库，能使用Hibernate或者Ibatis框架。
4. Proficiency in the preparation of JS script, and can skillfully use Jquery Ajax framework and access technology.
能熟练编写JS代码，能使用Jquery，Ajax等框架。
5. 熟悉String Security框架。
6. Master in Eclipse development tools, capable to use SVN, Hibernate and other plug-in for auxiliary work.
使用Eclipse开发，能熟练使用工具里的SVN，Hibernate插件功能辅助工作
7. 月薪为3000到6000之间，具体根据个人能力而定。
8. 学历要求：大专以上
