其实我们这行，出路没多大，除非跳到另外的公司去。
同事之间和睦相处是最好的，也不知道那个人怎么那么爱搞是非。

it is understandable that they are not that friendly to you at the beginning because they dont know you. Why not focus on work instead of human relation which I think it is very hard to manage, at the same time, try to learn the company's culture will help you merging into the big family. However, worse comes to the worst, if you find any difficulties in coping with it, you can always look for a new environment. You know yourself the best, nobody else does.
