关心我的兄弟,只差薪水方面没有谈了,应该在下周一之前最后定夺.今天上午又和他们的人事经理谈了10分钟,据说我是唯一人选,只要薪水方面可以接受,这事儿就成了.

兄弟，还在等! 都三轮面试了（两次通过电话,一次见面），最近一次是上周四，不知道他们还在考虑什么。

听你说他们的待遇还不错，公司业务增长也挺快的，本想早点过去效力，谁知还是拖了一个多月！是不是所谓的好事多磨？！

Tips:

The whole story last almost 2 months, phone interview 2 times by HR, and 1 time by Senior commerciallization manager face to face. As for Benifit/compensation, for my position, base salary is higher than 10k and plus RMB800 housing allowance and the following. Sorry I can not tell you my position right now.

1.工作时间:周一至周五, 8:30-17:30
2.节假日:
节日:参照国家规定
年假:14-18天
3.保险:除参加社会保险外还将另外为您购买商业保险;
4.免费福利:
年度体检;
工作日免费餐及穿梭巴士;
Crocs鞋(每季度至少2双)及购买折扣;
5.奖金及津贴:
交通津贴及季度奖金;
月度团队活动,培训及电话补助;
年度阅读基金;
6.公司活动:
节日聚会、观光旅游及俱乐部；
外国工作及培训机会
7.年终奖金

If for inspector/engineer, I guess the salary is about RMB6000-8000.

Remember the experience:
Always, it should negotiate with the company about the salary. so your prior salary/position is very import. For example, if your current salary is RMB5000, the base salary you will get in new company might be 30% -50% higher, it is very difficult to get double even more.

Reminder:
Don't say your current salary at a venture unless you can prove it, the new company might check and ask your income certificate.
