over 7-8 years ago, I join in the QC team, at a trade company, our clients include Bosch, Wurth, Melches, BDK...
I found at that itmes, we can cooperation with our supplier smoothly,;several years ago I boarded on a famous foreign company, But I found things have been changed much (away from professional three years), some of the companies no longer work together with closely, like customer has complaint , we ask supplier submit CAR to us. They can pretend not hear our voice though you ask them again & again. some of companies can deplay shipment long long time, the main reason is they can not hire or keep a steady workforce. One reason is current boss have been rich than before; the other reason the labors are changed to high level, they do not just minding one issue, get more money, they also care the health, the life, & enviroment. considering both, our entrepreneur not same as EU's care employee & social responsibilty. so the contradiction can not solve. For us the QC from trade company or buy office, the work change more & more difficulty |
