what is the out way for QC guys

I had no job form last Augest, it is almost one year, I have worked 14 years for QC job, I feel trading company QC job has struck out of the market.
Retail company pass his QC job to the 3rd party, traing company pass it to factory, and few QC will be taked, Named as QE,MQE,FQE,etc.
Yes, Many old QC are goning to be boss, but not all us will be become boss, what is our way
