职位描述及要求
您的责任将是：-组织和进行前期/中期/尾期装船检查--批准制成品-建立，监督并执行质量管理体系，使之在公司内部能够良好运作-教育厂商改善，并实现一致的产品质量水平-在质量验货员的指导下进行验厂工作-在产品上，帮助介绍和设立新的条款-作为ICA 买主的前站力量，帮助采购团队的产品质量现状和发展方面有所提高-改进任务的追踪工作-质量索赔跟进工作您的资格应该是：至少三年的相关工作经验中专同等或以上学历有质量检验证书为佳能够理解英文的写和说中国民族人我们也要求您的个人素质是：准确，逻辑强，行为可靠，沟通好，独立，可以自己解决工作上的问题，努力工作，有责任心，并且有很强的职业道德。RESPONSIBILITIES:Organize and Conduct Pre-/ Inline/Final Shipment InspectionsApproval of finished goodsManufacturing process inspection and/ or process audit Educate vendors to improve and achieve a consistent product quality level Do factory audit under guidance of QA Supervisor Help to introduce and set up new items into production Be the eyes and ears for ICA within our vendors， inform merchandising team of product quality situations and developments effecting our products Corrective action follow up Quality claims follow up KPI: Number of quality inspectionsQUALIFICATIONS:MINIMUM three (3) years of SOLID inspection experience in relevant product groupTechnical school or equivalentQuality inspection training / certificate holderUnderstanding of written and spoken EnglishNative Chinese National PERSONAL QUALITIES:Accurate， StructuredReliable， IndependentProblem solver， CommunicativeHard working， ResponsibleSTRONG WORK ETHICS -----发至hr.sha@icaglobalsourcing.com。
