Position Description:
Reporting to the Manager of Trade Compliance. The primary focus is to conduct factory in-field inspections to ensure country of origin and human rights compliance. Key Responsibilities:
COVE

Perform announced and unannounced in-factory inspections to ensure Country of Origin Compliance

Report findings and exceptions

Evaluate the capacity and capability of the OPA/PPE factory from a Country of Origin perspective

Conduct special investigations to detect abnormalities, if necessary
Human Rights

Perform Human Rights audits to ensure that factories
in compliance with local labor regulations

Collect evidence, report findings and draft reports for supervisory review Skills/ Requirements:

College or above
·
More than 3 years experience, preferably in garment industry
·
Familiar with China labor regulations · A team player and strong sense of accountability
·
Strong communication skills (dealing with people at all level) · Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
·
Proficiency in PC applications
